Returns & Replacements

Damaged or defective good must be reported within 30 days of receipt of order. Replacements will be shipped as promptly as possible. If you receive a damaged package, contact your local UPS office immediately. Returns will be arranged by PERMISSION ONLY! Products to be returned must be in our current catalog and in “new” condition

We will accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise and will reimburse you 100% of the item cost & shipping. There is a 20% restocking & order processing fee for any other returns and order cancellations. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and return postage. Please be certain of your selections before making payment. 

Non-defective products may be returned as long as they are unused and in the original unopened packaging. For all order discrepancies, as well as returns and exchanges, you must contact Customer Service at sales@stampersanonymous.com or by phone (1-800-945-3980) within 7 days of order receipt.

International Returns: If an international buyer changes their mind after an order has shipped or decides to refuse delivery of the order, all shipping charges (initial and return) will be paid by the buyer. Please be certain of your selections and shipping costs before making your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at sales@stampersanonymous.com before making your purchase.

Stampers Anonymous is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged once the package has left our studio.
