Hours of Operation
Customer Service is available to answer questions and assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 5p EST. If you need assistance outside of those hours, you can leave is a voice mail message or email us at and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically shipped 5-7 days after your order has been placed. Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday. Stampers Anonymous ships from our studio in Cleveland Ohio and uses USPS and UPS to ship all parcels worldwide.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders which include a pre-ordered product will be held until all products are in stock and can ship together. If you would like your in-stock items to ship now, please place pre-order items on a separate order. Standard shipping rates will apply. Your pre-order items will ship after the manufacturer's release date and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Currently, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the contiguous United States. Normally, Stampers Anonyous offers flat rate shipping and FREE shipping on any Contiguous US order over $75.00. (Residential orders only - excludes wholesale orders.)

International Shipping: Due to the significant increase in shipping costs to Canada and other international locations, we are only able to offer free shipping within the Contiguous US. We will contact you when your order is ready to ship with the cost of your internation shipping.

Retail Order Shipping costs: Currently, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the contiguous United States. All Contiguous US orders under $35, ship at $6.99. All Contiguous US orders $35.01 to $75 ship at 3.99. All Contiguous US orders over $75.00 are shipped free. We offer a $10 credit for shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and all US Military Bases. International orders will receive a $10 credit only if the order totals more than $75 and will be applied toward the actual shipping cost. No cash back or credit toward merchandise will be given if the actual shipping cost is less than $10. International buyers are responsible for all tarrifs, duties, taxes or customs charges. 

Wholesale Order Shipping Costs: All wholesale orders pay actual shipping cost (based on weight and destination) for all orders under $800. We offer free shipping to wholesalers on all order over $800. (Continental US only)

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We will accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise and will reimburse you 100% of the item cost & shipping. There is a 20% restocking & order processing fee for any other returns and order cancellations. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and return postage. Please be certain of your selections before making payment.

Non-defective products may be returned as long as they are unused and in the original unopened packaging. For all order discrepancies, as well as returns and exchanges, you must contact Customer Service at or by phone (1-800-945-3980) within 7 days of order receipt.

International Returns: If an international buyer changes their mind after an order has shipped or decides to refuse delivery of the order, all shipping charges (initial and return) will be paid by the buyer. Please be certain of your selections and shipping costs before making your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at before making your purchase.

Stampers Anonymous is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged once the package has left our studio.

We will refund the cost of any items not on-hand when your order is ready to ship. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will provice you with a full refund any time there is an issue with our website when PayPal charges for an order and does not retirn the information correctly to our site and therfore not placing the order on the Stampers Anonymous website.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

At checkout if you chose to pay by credit card, your credit card will be billed when you order ships and will we billed by our parent company, Art Gone Wild & Friends and will reflect that on your credit card statement.

If you chose to pay by PayPal, your credit card will be billed at the time of your order. There may be a delay in shipping your order if we need to create an item that you have ordered and it is not in our studio.

International Orders: our shipping department will send a email with shipping charges when your order is ready to be shipped. You will need to approve and pay those charges before your order will ship.

Payment information is collected at the time of your order. Your credit card is not charged until your order is completed and leaves our facility. Pricing is valid for items at time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing is valid only on retail orders placed through our website and is subject to change without notice. May not be applied toward previous purchases or combined with other specials.

Damaged or Defective Products
Must be reported within 30 days of receipt of order. Replacements will be shipped as promptly as possible. If you receive a damaged package, contact your local UPS office immediately. Returns will be arranged by PERMISSION ONLY! Products to be returned must be in our current catalog and in “new” condition
Viewing Orders
You can view your order by logging into your acount by clicking on Log In within the top horizontal links. After logging in, choose My Orders from the left-hand links.
Updating Account Information
You can update you account information at any time. Simply log into your account by clicking on Log In within the top horizontal links. After logging in, choose Account Information from the left hand links. From there you can change your name, email and password.
